The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company


submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial


quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the


competitive range if there is a need to do so.



A site survey will be held at US Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai at 09:00 AM (UAE time) on 13


July 2026. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representatives by 03:00 PM


(UAE time) on 9 July 2026.

Attendance is limited to only one (1) person per company



Last date for receipt of the questions is 03:00 PM (UAE time) on 15 July 2026. Quotations are
