Caltrans has approved an encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to conduct utility work along Highway 110 in South Pasadena, specifically at postmile 30.3. The project involves digging a new pole hole using an auger or vacuum truck, both operated from beyond the fence line, replacing overhead guy wires that cross the highway, and trimming nearby trees.
