Interested parties should include their company name, point of contact, address, telephone number(s) e-mail address and reference the solicitation number GS-10P-09-LS-C-0018. General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, has a requirement for Utility Steam Services at the following location: William K. Nakamura U.S. Courthouse 1010 5th Ave Seattle WA 98104 The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, supplies and steam energy to assure effective performance of services. This building is open 5 days a week and has a square footage of 189,656. GSA intends to establish an obligation document, firm-fixed contract vehicle which consists of a 10 year performance period. The start date of the obligation document will be February 1, 2009. The anticipated award date will be January 20, 2009. Based on the responses, the Contracting Officer will make a determination whether or not to issue a RFP.
