Sealed Bids for the construction of the UV Disinfection System Project will be received electronically via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Lewisburg Area Joint Sewer Authority until 2 P.M. local time on Wednesday October 8th, 2025.
Separate Bids will be received for Contract No. 1 – General Construction and Contract No. 2 – Electrical Construction.
Bidding and Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Following registration, complete sets of Bidding & Contract Documents may be downloaded from the website as portable document format (PDF) files. The cost of printing Bidding and Contract Documents will be the sole responsibility of the interested party. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday September 17th, 2025 at the Lewisburg Area Joint Sewer Authority WWTP, 697 River Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him.
