The United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 intends to issue a sole source order to the EZPass New York Service Center, Metropolitan Transportation Authority, One Edgewater Plaza, Staten Island,NY for regional E-ZPass Usage/Tolls for October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR TOLLS ONLY. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Any replies to this notice shall be emailed to fitzpatrick.carol@epa.gov by September 26, 2019 by 12:00PM EST. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the EPA not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the EPA.
