VAFB Base Cable Sole Source

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a sole-source acquisition for base cable and internet at Vandenberg AFB, CA. As a franchise agreement exists with a company to provide cable services on Vandenberg AFB, only one source for service exists in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and Air Force Instruction 64-101. A copy of the sole source justification is attached.
