The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Bathroom Renovation at our Van Etten IRA located at 117 Langford Creek Rd, Van Etten, NY 14889. Contractor will be responsible to attend the mandatory site visit to take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025 @ 11:00am to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend this site visit. Vendors may also be disqualified from bidding if they arrive late to the site visit. This is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid. When submitting a bid to the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) for Article 8 public work contracts, bidders must provide their NYSDOL registration number in the designated space on the bid form and submit their Certificate of Registration.
