Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 589 each, FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 360 days. PIPPRS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
