VARIOUS ALLEYS IN PHOENIX (FY 2026 CMAQ ALLEY DUSTPROOFING)

The City of Phoenix is soliciting bids for the FY 2026 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Alley Dustproofing project, identified as solicitation ST87440029. This design-bid-build project involves providing construction services to dustproof approximately 35.8 miles of unstabilized dirt alleys using a 3/8 inch fractured aggregate surface treatment with rubberized asphalt and precoated chips. The scope of work includes necessary clearing, grubbing, and subgrade preparation, as well as the implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on criteria including financial resources, technical expertise, past performance, and the ability to meet delivery schedules.
