Various Electrical Maintenance and Repairs Across the Central Region of the Province of Saskatchewan

The Government of Saskatchewan, through its Highways division under the Saskatchewan Public Sector, is conducting a continuous solicitation process under RFSQ 8402-Continuous for various electrical maintenance and repair services across the Central Region of the province. This is not a one-time procurement but an ongoing onboarding mechanism designed to maintain a prequalified pool of suppliers who can respond to work requests as they arise. Suppliers previously prequalified under RFSQ 8420 are exempt from resubmitting applications and remain eligible under this continuous process; the most current list of approved suppliers should be referenced from the RFSQ 8402 award details. Responses must be submitted via email only and are accepted until the deadline of May 3, 2027, with no late submissions permitted. Work under this solicitation will focus on electrical maintenance and repair tasks throughout the central region, with the specific scope further detailed in Appendix A of the RFSQ particulars.
