PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Quotes and Qualifications is to establish one or more contracts with suppliers that can provide audio visual (A/V) equipment, design, installation, rentals, event services, and maintenance of A/V systems for University classrooms, lecture halls, historic perforrnance venues, indoor and outdoor events, stadiums, and other spaces as needed. PREBID MEETING: The optional, pre-bid Zoom meeting will take place Tuesday, September 18, 2026. Please RSVP via the Workday Strategic Sourcing Message Chat to receive the invitation and Zoom link. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to those firms which satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State. Bidders must respond to all required questions and upload all requested documents in order to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Bidders are responsible to ensure they have downloaded all materials and information prior to submitting their bid and other requested documents.
