USDA's Farm Service Agency, Kansas City Commodity Office (KCCO) intends to issue [the July solicitation for Foreign Agricultural Service programs] solicitation AG-INFP-S-16-0017 (2000003937) for procurement of various subsistence items for U.S. international food aid programs. The solicitation may include various small business set asides pursuant to the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631, et seq.). This may include partial small business set-asides, service-disabled veteran-owned set-asides, quantities reserved for 8(a) and AbilityOne firms, and price evaluation preferences for qualified HUBZone small businesses. Deliveries are to various locations in the United States.
