NOTICE OF INTENT Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to Teleflex for a Arrow G4 Vascular Positioning System, Cart and Printer. The Arrow VPS G4 is the only vascular positioning system that utilizes three navigational technolgies for tip location: Target Direction Indicator, ECG Waveform and Doppler. The device analyzes these multiple metrics, in real time enabling navigation through the vascular sytem and precisely identifies the central line tip location in the lower 1/3 of the superior vena cava-cavoatrial junction.
