The work includes installation of contractor furnished precast concrete vault toilets and associated trail work required to provide access to the toilets from the road that meet Architectural Barrier Act requirements. The construction estimate is between $100,000 and $200,000 for the base and all options. The government expects to advertise this requirement as a brand name or equal with the following brand name to be specified: CTX Model Rocky Mountain Vault Restroom, left hand building. If a brand name or equal specification is used, the solicitation will contain a list of salient characteristics. A draft version of the drawings is attached to this notice.
