This acquisition is being conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract to National Instruments (CAGE: 64667).



The 402nd Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) requires the procurement of kits to build new Versatile Diagnostic Automated Test Stations (VDATS) systems to fulfill fielding requirements. The proposed contract will be five years including a base year with four ordering periods. This requirement is a follow-on contract to FA857121D0005 that was awarded to National Instruments Corporation in May 2021.
