The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, intends to include brand name or equivalent product descriptions for exterior and interior finishes in the pending construction project solicitation W912HV27RA001 for a Vehicle Maintenance Shop and Support Facilities to be built at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The Justification will be posted with the Solicitation in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.301(b)(2). This project is limited to local sources licensed to perform construction work in Japan.
