The U.S. Embassy London requires the supply, delivery, and registration of a new SUV‑type vehicle in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this document.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order under this solicitation to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror/quoter, in accordance with FAR 52.212‑1. The Government intends to make an award on the basis of initial quotations, without conducting discussions, but reserves the right to hold discussions with companies within the competitive range if necessary.
