Full Description
U.S. Embassy Bern is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing vehicle services with English-speaking drivers in support of embassy officials attending the World Economic Forum 2027 (WEF27) in Davos, Zurich, and surrounding areas.
Vehicle services are required for approximately one week prior to WEF27 and throughout the WEF27 conference week itself (January 11, 2027 – January 22, 2027).
Interested vendors must be able to demonstrate:
- Capacity to provide vehicles in various categories with drivers
- Drivers must be good in English
- Ability to operate in multiple locations (Davos, Zurich, and surrounding areas)
- Ability to meet requirements for transporting U.S. government staff
