The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Hirsch Electronics, LLC, Santa Ana, CA. Hirsch Electronics will be providing Velocity Software training on the new access control systems that will be installed in IRS buildings across the country. The training will be taking place at IRS/ECC Martinsburg, 250 Murall Drive, Mail Stop 2230, Kearneysville, WV 25430. The training dates will be January 19 - 20, 2011; April 25 - 29, 2011; May 23 - 27, 2011; June 27 - July 1, 2011; and July 25 - 29, 2011. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. Any responsible source who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations no later than 48 hours from the posted date of this announcement.
