Vendor Day

This notice is to invite prospective offerors/vendors within the Republic of Turkey to a VENDOR DAY brief hosted by the 39th CONTRACTING SQUADRON, INCIRLIK AB, TURKEY. The event will be held at Buyuk Surmeli Hotel on Thursday, 22 January 2009 from 0830 - 1700hrs. The purpose of the event is to educate all potential offerors on the how to's of doing contractual business with the US Government. All reservations must be submitted to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and one (1) English speaking representative. This information shall be submitted to our office, via e-mail or telephone, no later than 1500hrs (3:00 PM) on Monday, 19 January 2009.
