This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded contract N00421-26-C-1028 that resulted from Solicitation N00421-26-R-1035 to L3Harris ForceX, Inc, 2208 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203-1818. L3Harris ForceX will provide Technical Support for the Venom Software Suite, henceforth referred to as Venom, and the GARMIN G3000 Integrated Avionics System, henceforth referred to as GARMIN on F-5N+/F+ aircraft and a System Integration Lab (SIL) to ensure sustainment and reliability for the life of the program.


This effort was issued as a sole source to L3Harris under NAICS Code 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) as well as the Product Service Code (PSC) DA01 (IT and Telecom – Business Application/Application Development Support) which resulted in the placement of a contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contract consists of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) CLINs for Venom/GARMIN/SIL Support, Database management/Annual GARMIN Licenses, Cybersecurity A/C systems, and Administrative/Technical Data.
