Ventilator Maintenance and Repair Services

Hillsborough County is seeking competitive sealed bids for a three-year contract to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for 40 County-owned Vyaire Medical LTV 1200 Ventilators, with an estimated contract value of $140,225.00. The solicitation, numbered ITB-26-00275, requires bidders to submit offers for all line items, and failure to do so will disqualify them from award. Proposals must include detailed pricing structured to cover preventative maintenance at two-year or 10,000-hour intervals and six-year or 30,000-hour intervals, which include specific component replacements such as motor boards, internal batteries, solenoid manifolds, flow valves, and silicone tubing. As-needed repairs, including LTV Sprintpack battery replacements, will be billed at an hourly labor rate with parts covered under a $5,000.00 parts allowance. The Contractor must be an authorized service center for the LTV 1200 Ventilator, ISO 13485:2016 certified, and employ technicians with CABT, CBET, or CHTM certifications. All parts must meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications, and workmanship must reflect the highest quality standards. The contract will be administered under the laws of the State of Florida, and all services must be performed within Hillsborough County. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for all freight charges and shipping costs to and from their facility, with return shipments governed under F.O.B. Destination terms to any location within the County. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement system no later than June 12, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time, and the award will go to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder. Payment terms require invoices to be approved by the Project Manager within 15 days, with payment issued within 30 days of approval, or within 45 days from invoice submission per Florida Statute 218.74(2), delivered via ACH direct deposit using the CTX format.
