Ventura River Watershed Riparian Resilience Program

The Ventura River Watershed Riparian Resilience Program, managed by the Ventura County Resource Conservation District in California, focuses on the restoration of riparian habitats along the Ventura River. The project involves the initial treatment and removal of approximately six acres of dense giant reed and other target species across two parcels. These invasive species will be managed using foliar spray and cut-and-daub methods to improve the ecosystem for various native and listed species.
