Full Description
*AMENDMENT 0001*
This notice serves to formally modify the SOW to clarify A/V support by requiring readily available technical support to perform immediate troubleshooting in the event of equipment malfunction, and to establish daily operational hours of approximately 0800 to 1700. Additionally, it adds the option that the vendor MAY provide a guest room block of approximately 85 rooms at no cost to the Government (booked and paid separately by attendees). This change is made to clear confusion regarding the technical requirements and address vendor questions. Quotations are still due 27 May 2026 at 4:00 PM EST.
