The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires professional contractor support to execute the Vermont Work for Warriors (WFW) program. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, and quality control necessary to deliver comprehensive career support, job placement, and transition assistance. These services shall be directed toward VTARNG Service Members, Veterans, Reservists, and their immediate family members to connect them with employment, education, and retention benefits. To manage program operations, the contractor shall operate and maintain the dedicated toll-free phone line for the Military and Family Support Center. The contractor shall continuously evaluate WFW program processes to identify operational efficiencies and ensure service delivery. Additionally, the contractor shall develop and deliver a comprehensive annual strategic approach plan to the government to guide the programs outreach goals. For direct participant support, the contractor shall provide personalized, one-on-one career services to all eligible individuals. These services shall include professional resume writing assistance, LinkedIn profile optimization, and tailored interview coaching sessions.
