Vertical Polyethylene Storage Tank(s) 10,000 Gallons or Larger Tank Sizes, Must Adhere to ASTM D1998 Specifications, Includes Delivery

The City of Spokane Street Department is soliciting quotes under RFQ 6625-26 for the procurement and delivery of vertical polyethylene storage tanks with capacities of 10,000 gallons or larger. These tanks must adhere to ASTM D1998 specifications and are intended for containing Magnesium Chloride or Calcium Chloride liquid deicer. Required technical specifications include an access hole on the top of the tanks and four 3-inch outlet connections at the bottom. Delivery is required to the COS WTEF facility. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ProcureWare portal by September 25, 2026, with a clarification deadline of September 18, 2026. The City Council will award the contract based on the most favorable bid, evaluating factors such as unit and tier pricing, lead times, product quality, bidder qualifications, and past performance. Awarded vendors will receive purchase orders based on the selected tank sizes and quantities.
