Full Description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek qualified vendors whom have the capability to provide software support to Viewtrust License upgrade including ACE- continuous monitoring feature set Virustream, Inc. 1 each, Consulting engineering 400 hours, and Viewtrust 12 month annual maintenance Virustream, Inc. 1each. This requirement is to support operations at Hill AFB, Utah. This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure a service, or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow up information requested. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information. The applicable size standard is $38,500,000. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 Interested contractors must provide the following information with their response: a. Pricing, availability and documentation stating they can meet the software support requirements listed below for the Viewtrust software. (Responses in the form of quotes are acceptable) b. Lead time (earliest possible service start date) c. Company Name, CAGE code, point of contact, phone number, and email address Software Support services required: 1. Provide Virtuestream Viewtrust Software License and Maintenance Support to include on site initial installation and implementation; 2. Provide up to 400 hours of consulting engineering; 3. Provide VirtueStream ViewTrust Software Maintenance Support which includes: twenty-four hours per day, seven-days a week (24x7) on-line, and email to also include phone access to a Technical Access Center within VirtueStream; This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. All information submitted will be held in a close hold status. The contractor shall provide all information requested in this notification no later than 12:00 PM, Central Time, 25 April 2018 by electronic mail at no cost to the Government, to the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, ATTN: Reginald Wills, email reginald.wills.civ@mail.mil.
