This process is part of Broward County's effort to ensure the procurement aligns with their mission of maintaining safe and efficient airspace operations, with the final decision on the source designation made by the Director of Purchasing and not subject to protest or appeal. The contract value is estimated between $500,000 and $1.5 million, and the solicitation emphasizes that this is an informational request, not a binding purchase agreement.
