Viscount Alexander PS - Architectural Services

The Upper Canada District School Board is soliciting a pre-qualified architectural firm under solicitation number 26-111 to provide comprehensive architectural and consulting services for renovations at Viscount Alexander Public School. The scope of work includes design development, tender development, and construction and contract administration. Key technical requirements involve replacing and upgrading HVAC ventilation with a new Building Automation System (BAS) featuring minimum MERV 13 filtering, as well as designing a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array. The consultant must also evaluate electrical loading for potential primary feed upgrades and provide Class D and B cost estimates.
