Full Description

This is a synopsis notice for commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 87th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fisher-Cal Industries for Visual Information Service, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This is not intended to solicit proposals, and contractors will not be compensated for any costs incurred as a result. This is a sole source acquisition pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to TSgt Eric Wiltz via email at eric.wiltz@us.af.mil, no later than 9 Sep 2015 at 1400 hours. This is a non-personal services contract to provide, unless stipulated as government furnished, all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to provide visual information service to JB MDL. Contractor tasks include but not limited to providing digital photographic services for studio photography, documenting operational readiness exercises/inspections, flightline and range coverage, public affair requests. Also the service includes 24-hour/7days a week alert/emergency coverage, passport services. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
