The estimated quantities for the base and each option year for the vocational education services are as follows: Horticulture 1500 sessions per year; Building Trades 1500 sessions per year; Multi-Trade (Welding) one class of approximately twenty (20) students during the Spring, Summer and Fall Semesters. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The Contractor shall be a junior or community college accredited by the Council of Occupational Education Associates capable of providing instructors certified through the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education and/or Board of Regents . All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 22, 2009 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
