The contract period runs from November 3, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and covers the provision of operated machinery—including dozers, snowcats, backhoes, and excavators—as well as the hauling of emergency snow removal equipment. The contract mandates strict compliance with North Dakota Administrative Code, Title VI non-discrimination assurances, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
