Full Description

VA Butler Healthcare will be soliciting proposals to furnish home oxygen equipment rental to eligible Veteran beneficiaries. The awardee shall supply all labor, equipment, materials and facilities necessary to provide the required Home Oxygen equipment and services for the Veteran Beneficiaries of the VA Butler Healthcare, Butler PA 16001 in the Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio geographic area. Any resultant contract will be effective for a Base Period of performance, from October 1, 2011 until September 30, 2012 with four annual options periods to extend the contract at the Government's discretion. All equipment and services will be at such times and in such quantities as required, FOB destination. The issue date of the solicitation is planned to be no later than close of business on August 15, 2011. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the forthcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offeror's must be SDVOSBs with CVE certification and registered on VetBiz in order to be eligible for award of this contract. All others will be considered non-responsive, and ineligible for award.
