Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued and available thru ASFI. This requirement is a 100% small business, set-aside. The applicable North American Industrial Classification is 562991 and the small business size standard is $6 million average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years. The United States Property Fiscal Office for Virginia, Fort Pickett, Virginia is soliciting proposals for non-personal services to provide 1)daily, weekly, and monthly rental of Portable Latrines (PLs); 2)Placement of PLs, to include delivery and pickup; 3)Cleaning/pumpout of PLs; a nd 4)Relocation of units. The estimated annual quantity is as follows: daily rentals-500; weekly rentals-1,000; monthly rental 760; cleanings/pump-outs-4,000; relocations-300. These are the government's best estimates and are not guaranteed. Provide port able toilets to Fort Pickett, Virginia. Quantities and frequencies flucuate due to training requirements. Peak training season is May thru September. Various National Guard units throughout the State train at Fort Pickett for 2-3 week intervals. Post al so supports active duty components and their requirements. The total amount of services ordered under this contract shall not exceed $500,000 during the life of this contract. The provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition and any addenda are c ontained separately in solicitation W912LQ-06-R-0001. It is anticipated award will be made on or around 28 February 2006. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded consisting of a base year with four one-year option years. Delivery orders will be issue d against the contract. Method of payment preferred by the Government is VISA credit card. Awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) program (http:/ccr.gov) per DFARS 252.204-7004) in order to receive the award.
