This is a special notice that the National Park Service in Yorktown, VA, intends to enter into negotiations with Pinnacle Towers LLC on a SOLE SOURCE non-competitive basis for the spatial leasing on a communications tower located in Chersterfield County, Virginia, for the purpose of land based two way radio communications equipment.
