Sites within a 100-year floodplain will not be considered. If solicited, prospective offerors will need to provide seismic certificate, fire protection and life safety evaluation, and pre-lease building security plan with initial bid. Occupancy is targeted for August 16, 2008. LEASE TERM: Lease term is seven (7) years, five (5) years firm.
