AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on MARCH 13, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of a Hospitality service from the beginning of May 2023 to the end of August 2023 and shall offer the possibility of an optional accommodation service from the end of August 2023 to mid-September 2023. The location of the hotel, must be located at a road distance of 25 km less, from Valcartier support base, Québec. located in Valcartier, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A – Statement of Work.
