All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on May 25, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of National Defence – Canadian Armed Forces, is issuing this request For Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Handheld Positioning and Tracking devices (GPS) including the delivery of the goods, the technical documentation and the warranty period. The requirement is located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
Indigenous conditional set-asides: This procurement is conditionally set-aside. This means that that the procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if 2 or more Indigenous businesses submit a responsive bid, then the procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and only the Indigenous firms who submitted a bid would be assessed.
