This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS3974526228 dated 27 April 2023 with a closing of 17 May 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 16 November 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. 86 Airfield Systems and Utilities Flight (86 ASU) is a Canadian Forces unit located on CFB Trenton, in Quinte West, ON. It is a heavily mechanical Construction Engineering unit, specializing in aircraft arresting systems, water & fuel systems, and large generator enclosures. The nature of the work done at 86 ASU leads to the creation of waste in the form of shop towels contaminated with various industrial substances. This creates the need for clean replacement towels to be supplied, and soiled towels to be picked up and cleaned in accordance with standard industry practices for these types of soiled items.
