A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to obtain tank rentals including as-needed delivery of liquid aviators breathing oxygen and liquid nitrogen for the Department of National Defence, Bagotville region, Quebec, as detailed in Annex “Statement of Requirement”.
