All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 06 January 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND) Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, including the British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS), and Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC)-Suffield have the as-and when requested requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of gravel and sand products to CFB Suffield in Ralston, Alberta, including the Crown Village of Ralston, CFB Suffield (the base) and the CFB Suffield Range. The period of the requirement will be one year from issuance, with Canada retaining the irrevocable option to extend by an additional two, one year periods. THERE ARE SECURITY REQUIRMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF THE STANDING OFFER. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc3635312966 dated 20 October 2022 with a closing of 23 November 2022 at 2:00pm EST.
