The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified:
(1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) (3) Small or emerging small business firms (4) Other Than Small business firms
Brand name Baxter Hill-Rom or Equal patient bed rental for the rental of inpatient beds, mattresses, and accessories that will require the contractor to supply rental items for the six (6) VA Medical Centers and locations outlined herein within WI, IL and MI including at inpatient requirements of the facility and the requirements of the Spinal Cord Injury Units and Community Living Centers located at the facilities. The contractor shall provide delivery, set-up, maintenance/service/repair, and pick-up of all items.

Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide rental equipment to the VA Medical Centers and locations outlined herein within WI, IL and MI for the sole purpose of patient care for residents within defined time frames for services. Baxter Hill-Rom Brand Name or Equal
Hillrom/Baxter: Envella Air Fluidized Therapy Bed: Immersion and envelopment bed therapy system 40 x 92.5 with patient weight range from 350 lbs. weight capacity. Envision 3700 Therapy Surface: Independent air cells immerse and envelop the patient, 35.5 x 84.5 ; 400 lbs. weight capacity. TotalCare Bariatric Plus: Low air loss surface with Turn Assist and Percussion and Vibration modules; 40 x 72-84 , 500 lbs. weight capacity. 300 Wound Surface: Alternating pressure and low air loss replacement mattress with four alternating pressure cycles and ten comfort controls; 35.5 x 80 ; 350 lbs. weight capacity. All equipment (bed frames standard and bariatric, mattresses with pumps) must be inspected by Biomed personnel prior to placing in facility. FDA compliance and meet the Department of Veterans Affairs safe patient handling requirement. All bed frames must have equivalent sized mattresses if ordered with the bed frame. Contractor s employee(s) shall remove all trash and debris from installation and packing materials. G.
