(English) Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. To obtain a Contract for the inspection, report, recommended replacement of unsatisfactory shelving, and calculated capacity metrics including stamped engineered drawings for 7 CFSD to be compliant with storage rack regulations. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 7 Canadian Forces Supply Depot, Building #236, East End, 195th Ave & 82nd Street, Edmonton, AB, T5J 4J5 on December 22, 2025, beginning at 1:00 pm, in 7 Canadian Forces Supply Depot, Building #236. Safety shoes are required for this visit. Communication with Contracting Authority. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 19, 2025 at 12:00 pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
