Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, requires the supply and delivery of four (4) 26.5 GHz Keysight FieldFox N9918B Microwave Analyzers, or equivalent, complete with various software licences, cables, connectors, sensors, batteries, charger, soft carrying case and options, to carryout testing and repairs on HMC Ship’s Electronic Warfare Systems while in home port and in foreign ports. Canada reserves the option to acquire up to 8 additional analyzers (up to 4 units for FMF Cape Scott and up to 4 units for FMF Cape Breton). All items must be compatible and be able to perform the full range of manufacturer’s item descriptions. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
