AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 12 June 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.The Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for services of a modern high altitude/ long endurance Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capable aircraft to support Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) training requirements and operations. Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415 holders (only) have been emailed this Request for Proposal (RFP). Other interested bidders may submit bids to qualify for the Supply Arrangement# W6399-21J415 first to be able to access any RFP against this Supply Arrangement.Canada will not extend RFP #W4948-24SE12 Enhanced Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
