AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. DND requires caretaker maintenance for Springer Lake Survival camp in Nopiming Provincial Park, Manitoba, Canada. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. This is an open competition however, this solicitation may be reserved among Indigenous Businesses if two conditions are met: bids from two (2) or more Indigenous Businesses are responsive with the mandatory requirements of this Request for Proposal, and bids from two (2) or more Indigenous Businesses are, in the evaluation team’s opinion, not affiliated within the meaning used in the Competition Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34. If the above conditions are not met, the procurement will remain open for competition among all businesses.
