***AMENDMENT 02***
The purpose of this amendment is to:
- Post the questions and answers submitted over the course of this RFQ;
- Post the picutures of the layout and current equipment information; and
- Post the site visit attendance information.
Please see all the attached items and documents for further details.
***AMENDMENT 01***
The purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the deadline for offer submission, 2) to announce the scheduling of a site visit, 3) to update the RFQ document to exclude GSA language that is no longer compatible with the current solicitation method, and 4) update the listed provisions and clauses document to reflect recent changes to acquisition regulations. The details for each of these items may be found below:
- The deadline for offer submissions has been extended from Monday May 11th, 2026, to Monday May 25th, 2026.
- A site visit will take place on Tuesday May 12th, 2026 at 1300 hours EST. The location of the site visit will be the same as the shipping address/place of performance. If you wish to attend the site visit you must fill out the attached base access request form v2 and submit the filled-out form to the CS and CO listed on this solicitation for processing NLT COB Monday May 11th, 2026. Please ensure only employees that are listed on your submitted form attend the site visit. Anyone that is not listed on your submitted form will not be able to access the base for the site visit.

The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order for one (1) new electric air compressor. This is a commodity procurement where installation and removal services are considered incidental to the purchase. The awarded contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to deliver, install, test, and dispose of the old unit as specified herein.
