AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and BuyandSell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 11, 2023 at 14:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation in the National Capital Region (NCR) Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete.
This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to provide modernization and extension of Command and Control Systems capabilities. The services will be provided in support of a project that will build a modern, purpose built, centrally managed site to enable effective joint operational command and control, coordination, and intelligence capabilities along with defence research capabilities and all operational support resources to be collocated in the same facility with increased physical security. It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract, for 1 year plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
