The Department of National Defence The Department of National Defence (DND) has a firm requirement for one Portable Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Unit capable for use in both domestic and deployed operations with the option to purchase an estimated 3 more units within 24 months of Contract Award. Training services for the unit(s) are also required. Delivery of the firm goods and associated services requirement must be made within three (3) months after Contract Award.
