W684E-260433, General Construction Services Standing Offer Work under this Standing Offer includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to carry out various repairs, renovations, and minor construction work at various buildings for Department of National Defense (DND) at CFB Edmonton on an " as and when required" basis. It is anticipated that up to four (4) firms will be issued a Standing Offer Agreement with a split of 30-26-24-20 methodology. The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years with two (2) one-year option period. There will be an optional site visit on March 31, 2026 at 11AM CST. Interested bidders are to meet at Building 177, Real Property Operations Unit (West) Section Edmonton (RPOU(W) Sect Edm), Ubique Ave, CFB Edmonton (Site Map Attached) Large Conference Room. Everyone wishing to attend the site visit should submit name(s) and company name to Victoria.Lee@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca by March 26, 2026 by 02:00 PM CST. If a request is submitted after this date and time, bidders risk not being granted access for the site visit.
